• Be prompt with your time slot. This means you cannot show up earlier than your scheduled time and you cannot leave later than your scheduled time. If you need to clean up after yourself, you need to do it within your time slot, so make sure you plan for that! We have cameras at all entrances and know exactly what time you arrive and leave.

  • Let us know immediately if there are any repairs to be made or maintenance to be done when you first arrive. You are responsible for any damage occurring to the studio or any of the items in the studio during your time slot and may be subject to a repair fee. Please treat our studio with care and insure your clients are respectful as well.
  • Clean up after yourself and your clients. If you rearranged any furniture or props, please put them back how you originally found them and straighten all blankets, pillows, and props. If you walk in and find things out of place, damaged, dirty, etc. please notify us ASAP so we can charge the renter ahead of you.
  • Please keep music at a respectful volume. There are almost always multiple rentals happening at the same time as yours as well as other people in the building so be respectful with this.
  • We are not liable for any personal injuries or illnesses during your time at the Studio and recommend you carry business liability insurance to protect yourself and your clients.
  • You are responsible for you and your clients’ safety during your stay. Always keep the doors locked and be aware of your surroundings. If you are shooting boudoir, we recommend keeping the sheers closed for privacy. There is a walkway that passes by public areas, i.e. open kitchen, and we can not control who uses it.
  • Do not take anything from the studio. If items go missing during your time slot, we will review the studio footage and charge you for a replacement if necessary.
  • Do not damage the walls. Do not hang anything on the walls without prior approval.
  • No food or drink allowed (besides water) without prior approval.
  • No pets allowed. Service animals must be approved a minimum of 24 hours before your rental.
  • No open flames, candles, body oil, confetti, glitter, or smoke bombs, or any other outside prop that may leave a mess or cause damage to the studio.
  • The bathroom and hallways are public areas – do not let your clients walk through them unless they are fully dressed.
  • Workshops or large styled events must be approved beforehand. Please email us with the details before booking. Only one contracted photographer permitted at the studio during a time slot unless special permission was given beforehand.
